- Rarotonga House Rentals (Arorangi beach)

RAROTONGA HOTELS, HOLIDAY HOMES, HOUSE RENTALS, & BEACH COTTAGES on Rarotonga Island range from budget to moderate to deluxe properties including Rarotonga Beach Bungalows, Cook Island Resorts, Rarotonga Hotels and Holiday Homes at special reduced weekly rates. Locations range from homes and cottages directly on the beach to those offering garden settings. As Rarotonga is a relatively small island, no home is further than a 5 minute walk to the beach. All prices are based on a weekly rental and rates are listed per home (regardless of the number of persons) and include tax. The minimum rental is 7 nights. Additional nights are costed on a pro-rata basis. All house rentals include sheets, towels, linen, cooking facilities with dishes, glasses, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. Maid service is not included unless specified. Servicing of homes can be arranged for additional cost of NZ$50 per service.

AROA PALM'S LODGE - A modern 3-bedroom home located in a residential area approximately 1 block from the Rarotongan Hotel and excellent swimming beach. The house features 2 bedrooms with double beds, luggage racks, television, and telephone which have sliding glass doors which open onto a large veranda and 1 bedroom featuring 2 single beds, luggage racks and ceiling fans. There is one bathroom with shower and toilet and the kitchen features fridge, stove, microwave and electric jug, There is a covered carport with washing machine. There is also a neighbourhood grocery store at the end of the block. The location is excellent for families as the Rarotongan Hotel only 5 minutes walk, features a "Kids Club" also offering baby sitting services. Children Welcome.

The home features 3bedrooms with queen size beds, private bathroom with shower and toilet, full kitchen facilities with fridge/stove, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and BBQ. The lounge features TV and DVD player. There is also a large outdoor patio and front yard with tropical garden landscape. Swimming Pool available at Puaikura Reef Lodges as well as all lodge facilities.

ARO'A BEACHSIDE INN - 11 units located on a good swimming beach in Arorangi between the Rarotongan Hotel and Sunhaven Beach Bungalows) The garden bungalows feature double bed and the beachfront bungalows feature 1 queen size bed and 1 single bed. Bungalows also feature private veranda's, private shower and toilet, ceiling fans, TV, clock radio with CD player, hair dryers, french press and kitchens with fridge/freezer, cook top, toaster, tea & coffee making facilities, and microwave. There is a BBQ available and also "The Shipwreck Hut" a small beach bar also serving snack foods open from 11am to 9pm.

ARO'A BEACHSIDE INN HOLIDAY HOME - THIS IS A REAL GEM!!!! Great location, good swimming, great atmosphere!!! A very spacious house located on lovely Aroa beach located on the western sunset side of Rarotonga, in the lee of the island. The house has all tide swimming and fantastic snorkelling at your doorstep. Beautiful white sandy, beach just steps from the house. Clear blue lagoon, fringed by waves breaking on the distant reef.

House is fully self-contained with 2 x fridge freezers, clothes washing machine, hair dryer, full bathroom and additional toilet, towels & beach towels, linen etc. An additional shower is outside. All windows and doors are fully screened. Linen change and light clean is done by owner every 4 to 5 days.
