RAROTONGA HOTELS, HOLIDAY HOMES, HOUSE RENTALS, & BEACH COTTAGES on Rarotonga Island range from budget to moderate to deluxe properties including Rarotonga Beach Bungalows, Cook Island Resorts, Rarotonga Hotels and Holiday Homes at special reduced weekly rates. Locations range from homes and cottages directly on the beach to those offering garden settings. As Rarotonga is a relatively small island, no home is further than a 5 minute walk to the beach. All prices are based on a weekly rental and rates are listed per home (regardless of the number of persons) and include tax. The minimum rental is 7 nights. Additional nights are costed on a pro-rata basis. All house rentals include sheets, towels, linen, cooking facilities with dishes, glasses, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. Maid service is not included unless specified. Servicing of homes can be arranged for additional cost of NZ$50 per service.

MURI BEACH COTTAGES - An Idyllic location on Muri Lagoon with excellent swimming and comprising 4 different rental units in a lush garden setting. The units are a 10 minute walk on the beach to the Pacific Resort, Sailing Club and water sports activities and a short walk on the main road to a small general grocery store. There is bus service around the island from the main road. Your host, will ensure that your stay is a memorable one.

Studio - Located in a garden setting on Muri Beach, the studio is suitable for one or two persons. It is fully self contained featuring kitchen facilities including fridge/freezer, stove, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. The studio also features double bed with private shower and toilet.

Pole House - Located at the waters edge provides excellent views of Muri Lagoon. Lazing on your deck in the evening is a truly marvelous experience with the moonlight and twinkling stars above your head and the beautiful lagoon spread out in front of you as far as the eye can see. The sound of the waves breaking on the reef some distance away make you feel that indeed this must be heaven. The Pole House comprises a loft with queen size bed and a single bed downstairs. Please note that access to the loft is by a ladder and not suitable for elderly persons. Full kitchen facilities with stove, fridge, and toaster, private shower and toilet and washing machine.

MURI LAGOON VILLA - Just 10 steps from the white sand and crystal blue lagoon on Rarotonga's eastern side. The Villa is designed with couples in mind and sleeps two people only. The lounge however, converts to a day bed. The Villa has a covered deck that has an unobstructed view over beautiful Muri lagoon directly onto picturesque Ta'akoka Motu (islet). It is fully self-contained with a private bedroom with a large ensuite and queen size bed. The Villa has optional air-conditioning. It also has a washing machine.The open style kitchen and lounge overlook the deck and lagoon. The lounge is complete with CD and DVD player and colour flat screen TV. Telephone service in the Villa is also available.The kitchen has a fridge, stovetop, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and all your cutlery and crockery needs.(For those who prefer not to cook there is a lovely cafe 5 minutes away and restaurants to the right just down the main road).Coffee making facilities and juice are provided on arrival.Outside the Villa there is a gas BBQ, beach lounges, picnic table and kayaks for guest use.
