- Rarotonga House Rentals (Titikaveka beach)

RAROTONGA HOTELS, HOLIDAY HOMES, HOUSE RENTALS, & BEACH COTTAGES on Rarotonga Island range from budget to moderate to deluxe properties including Rarotonga Beach Bungalows, Cook Island Resorts, Rarotonga Hotels and Holiday Homes at special reduced weekly rates. Locations range from homes and cottages directly on the beach to those offering garden settings. As Rarotonga is a relatively small island, no home is further than a 5 minute walk to the beach. All prices are based on a weekly rental and rates are listed per home (regardless of the number of persons) and include tax. The minimum rental is 7 nights. Additional nights are costed on a pro-rata basis. All house rentals include sheets, towels, linen, cooking facilities with dishes, glasses, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. Maid service is not included unless specified. Servicing of homes can be arranged for additional cost of NZ$50 per service.

THE BEACH LODGE - A 6 Bedroom home that has been converted into 3 separate units which can be rented by individual unit or by the complete house. For larger families or persons travelling together, it is an excellent choice for your holiday as you are able to retain privacy while living close together. The Lodge is located across the street from an excellent wind-surfing beach next to the QR's residence. The front units have ocean views while the larger unit 3 has a garden view. Each unit features 2 bedrooms with 1 queen bed and 2 single beds with unit 3 also featuring 2 additional single beds in the large lounge. Each unit has full kitchen facilities featuring fridge/freezer, gas stove, electric jug, and toaster. There is TV and standing fans in each unit with private shower and toilet. There is a communal BBQ and washing machine. The Beach Lodge can accommodate up to 14 persons. Children Welcome.

MAIRE NUI BUNGALOWS - 2 rental units located in a garden setting next to Little Polynesian Motel on Titikaveka Beach. The bungalows are located behind Tony's Beach House and Rosemary's Beach Villa (see below). Cottagesdonot have mosquito screens however they do have mosquito nets over the beds. Generally mosquitos are not a problem by the sea. The Maire Nui Gardens and cafe are located just opposite the bungalows. Your host, Hinano Macquarie will ensure your stay is enjoyable.
