- Rarotonga House Rentals (Vaimaanga beach)

RAROTONGA HOTELS, HOLIDAY HOMES, HOUSE RENTALS, & BEACH COTTAGES on Rarotonga Island range from budget to moderate to deluxe properties including Rarotonga Beach Bungalows, Cook Island Resorts, Rarotonga Hotels and Holiday Homes at special reduced weekly rates. Locations range from homes and cottages directly on the beach to those offering garden settings. As Rarotonga is a relatively small island, no home is further than a 5 minute walk to the beach. All prices are based on a weekly rental and rates are listed per home (regardless of the number of persons) and include tax. The minimum rental is 7 nights. Additional nights are costed on a pro-rata basis. All house rentals include sheets, towels, linen, cooking facilities with dishes, glasses, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. Maid service is not included unless specified. Servicing of homes can be arranged for additional cost of NZ$50 per service.

ISLANDER ON THE BEACH - A modern 1 bedroom beach cottage located on the beach at Vaiimanga.Located close to Palm Grove Lodges on a quiet stretch of beach, the unit features queen size bed, 1 bathroom, full kitchen facilities, microwave, BBQ, and washing machine. There is a private sundeck providing a perfect place to watch the sunset and outside shower. There is a supermarket, Wigmores within easy walking distance open every evening until 8pm. Your hosts, Geoff and Tia Bergin will ensure your stay is enjoyable. Maximum 2 persons. No Children.

There is a front veranda with outdoor furniture which is a perfect spot to watch the sunset. There is a supermarket, Wigmores, which is within easy walking distance and open every evening until 8pm. The cottage is set in a spacious and tranquil garden setting with a back view to the mountains.The house has 1 single and 1 queensize bed and full kitchen facilities with stove, microwave fridge/freezer, electric jug, upright fan etc. It also has a TV and DVD player and hotwater service. The cottage is approx 300metres from the seaside and is fully screened except for the front entrance.There are mosquto nets for over the beds available. Maximum number of persons 3. RARO BEACH BACH - This is a truly great bargain – especially for wedding groups, family holidays, reunions, sports groups etc!! Located in Vaimaanga, it features an upstairs sun deck with 360 degree views of the lagoon, ocean and mountain. Expansive views over the lagoon and the distant reef with the constant sound of the surf in the distance. Walking distance to nearby shops and restaurants and the bus service is available right at the roadside for treks into town. It is full self contained in every respect, as is the studio cottage and duplex cottage. This property can be mixed with a total of 3 studio units and a 3 bedroom house available on the same section when travelling as a group or with friends. The lagoon is relatively shallow but encourages exploring as well as having two passages through the reef nearby is a great place for fishing the deep water but care should be taken in this area. Fish feeding is improving as we try to feed them daily in the early evenings. YES! CHILDREN ARE WELCOME!!!
