CENTRAL MOTEL - 14 studio units located in the centre of Avarua across the street from the Post Office Units feature kitchen facilities and ceiling fans. Spa pool and conference room with wireless access.. Rooms feature 1double bed or 2 single beds, tea & coffee making facilities, fans and private shower and toilet. It is an excellent location for business travelers and persons who enjoy being close to town and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars.

PARADISE INN - 15 split level studio apartments located on the waterfront close to Avarua Town. Units feature kitchen facilities, ceiling fans and private shower and toilet. Recreation Lounge, bar, outdoor terrace and sundeck. From the Paradise Inn deck view: sunsets over the Pacific Ocean, reef, lagoon and ship wrecks. The lagoon here is too shallow for swimming, however, a perfect spot to watch the sunset or collect shells.
