KIIKII MOTEL - 24 Studio Apartments located on the waterfront in the village of upper Tupapa . Apartments feature Fully Equipped Kitchens, fans, and private shower and toilet. Swimming Pool, Games Room, BBQ Area. The beach here is rocky and not good for swimming, however, excellent for finding sea shells and watching the beautiful sunsets. Children Welcome.

ARE TUPAPA - This is a brand new contained 3 bedroom beachfront house located on the North Coast. This open plan 2 bathroom house has spectacular views of the lagoon from the verandah. There is a fully equipped kitchen, living area with TV, DVD, Phone, washing machine and BBQ on the verandah. The house is 2 km from the main town Avarua and the lagoon is also good for swimming and snorkeling.

ARE OOA - This is a 3 bedroom fully self contained house with at fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV/DVD, bathroom, phone and a washing machine on site. The house is only 30 metres to the beach and is the best value for a beach house in the Cooks.
