Most accommodation properties on Rarotonga Island have a check-in time of 12 noon to 2pm and a check-out time of 10am. Early morning arrivals must pre-register the night before arrival or pay an early check-in charge in order to secure a room upon early morning arrival. Reduced day room rates are available at most properties from 10am until 6pm. Full room rates apply after 6pm unless specified.

SOKALA VILLAS - 7 Villas located on Muri Lagoon with excellent swimming. Each villa has 1 bedroom containing a four poster king-size bed. Two-level villas have the bedroom upstairs on a mezzanine floor. There is a queensize bed downstairs in the lounge which is made up in a studio room fashion for triple or quad bookings. The beachfront villas are single storey. Villas feature natural pine wall lining, with log exteriors and wooden decks, private swimming pool, full kitchens, private telephones, ceiling fans. All Villas are non-smoking villas. Smoking is only allowed outside on the decks. There is complimentary use of small paddle craft as well as snorkelling gear. Restaurants close by are available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week. A small store, which is open 7 days a week from 6am to 8pm is 200 metres from the Villas. Complimentary sparkling wine, fruit juice and a fruit basket are provided to all guests upon arrival. No children under 12 - Minimum Stay is 4 nights

RUMOURS OF ROMANCE - A superior beachfront property located at Muri Beach next door to Muri Beach Cottages. The property features 2 beachfront and 1 beachside luxury villas. Each villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms over two levels. The master bedroom has a king four-poster hand carved bed covered with mosquito netting and matching side furniture. The master bedroom has matching pedestal basins, toilet, bidet and circular glass brick shower. The lounge area has a complete home theatre system consisting of DVD, television and good selection of movies available. There is a large kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, fridge and stove. Each villa has it's own private freshwater swimming pool and private veranda. There is also a BBQ and washing machine. All units feature separate bedroom with ceiling fan, living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and shower. The water garden villas feature air-conditioned bedroom, ceiling fans, full kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, and oven, TV and video, telephone and BBQ. MANEA BEACH BUNGALOWS - 4 self contained bungalows located on Muri Beach next to Sokola Villas and Flame Tree Restaurant.. Bungalows feature lagoon view, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, 1 bedroom with double bed or 2 single beds, kitchen with fridge, microwave, electric frying pan. The superior units are self contained complete with decks, private freshwater plunge pools and tropical courtyard areas. AMBALA GARDEN LODGE - is a very private and serene property set on ¾ of an acre on the hillside overlooking world famous Muri beach, on the tropical South Pacific island of Rarotonga. Upon entering the property from Ambala Road you are among lush tropical gardens featuring such native indigenous plants as Royal Palms, Bottle Palms, mango, and breadfruit trees. Most of these plants were planted from seed and cared for and nurtured to produce this wonderful outdoor setting. As guests go onto the upstairs floor there is a spacious veranda which contains tables and chairs to sit and relax in. The bedrooms are well appointed with local art and crafts highlighting some local artists. All linen is Egyptian cotton, (much cooler), with light duvets coverings. Overhead fans have also been installed, instead of artificial air conditioning. All beds are queen size and very comfortable. Frangipani Suite (Maximum of 4 persons) This consists of a one bedroom with a queen size bed, a private ensuite and private deck. It also includes a well appointed sitting room with breath taking ocean views. Adjacent to this is a second bedroom. A crib is available for free for children two and under. This suite can be rented as a Bed and Breakfast or self catering Linden Suite (Maximum of 2 persons) A one bedroom with a queen size bed and private ensuite This suite can only be rented out as a Bed and Breakfast unit, as it has no kitchen facilities. The Ground Floor Garden Apartment (4-6 persons) consists of a two bedroom living area with a total of three queen beds capable of sleeping six adults. MURI LAGOON VILLA - Just 10 steps from the white sand and crystal blue lagoon on Rarotonga's eastern side. The Villa is designed with couples in mind and sleeps two people only. The lounge however, converts to a day bed. The Villa has a covered deck that has an unobstructed view over beautiful Muri lagoon directly onto picturesque Ta'akoka Motu (islet). It is fully self-contained with a private bedroom with a large ensuite and queen size bed. The Villa has optional air-conditioning. It also has a washing machine.The open style kitchen and lounge overlook the deck and lagoon. The lounge is complete with CD and DVD player and colour flat screen TV.
