Most accommodation properties on Rarotonga Island have a check-in time of 12 noon to 2pm and a check-out time of 10am. Early morning arrivals must pre-register the night before arrival or pay an early check-in charge in order to secure a room upon early morning arrival. Reduced day room rates are available at most properties from 10am until 6pm. Full room rates apply after 6pm unless specified.

RUMOURS OF REFLECTIONS - A superior beachfront property featuring 2 beachfront and 1 beachside luxury villas formally knownw as Reflections, however, they are now incorporated into Rumours Luxury Villas. Each villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms over two levels. The master bedroom has a king four-poster hand carved bed covered with mosquito netting and matching side furniture. The master bedroom has matching pedestal basins, toilet, bidet and circular glass brick shower. The lounge area has a complete home theatre system consisting of DVD, television and good selection of movies available. There is a large kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, fridge and stove. Each villa has it's own private freshwater swimming pool and private veranda. There is also a BBQ and washing machine. Kayaks, snorkeling gear, private car airport transfers, welcome flower lei's, and gift basket are all provided free of charge.

Each villa has 1 bedroom with queen size bed, private shower and toilet with spa bath. air-conditioning and full kitchens with refrigerator, gas cooker, microwave, toaster, and tea and coffee making facilities.
